One afternoon I heard these words distinctly in the Spirit: “Turn Up the Volume!” Immediately, I was taken to the account of Samuel and Eli.
“A third time the LORD called, ‘Samuel!’ And Samuel got up and went to Eli and said, ‘Here I am; you called me.’ Then Eli realized that the LORD was calling the boy. So Eli told Samuel, ‘Go and lie down, and if He calls you, say, ‘Speak, LORD, for Your servant is listening.’”
1 Samuel 3:8–9
There is an amplification taking place in the realm of the Spirit. The Lord is calling forth His Samuels in this hour. Old religious orders and systems are falling away as Heaven releases a New Sound across the earth. There is not only an increase in the Volume of His Voice, but also an accelerated capacity within His people to hear Him clearly.
I believe spiritual ears are being pierced and re-pierced to receive the Word of the Lord afresh.
There is a divine awakening taking place, a sharpening of discernment, sensitivity, and holy perception. To “turn up the volume” means to become fully aware, awakened in Spirit, attentive not only in hearing but also in looking upward toward Him.
Interestingly, the phrase “turn up” also means to appear. I believe Yeshua is revealing Himself in greater measure to those who seek Him wholeheartedly. There is a fresh unveiling of His Presence, His Voice, and His Glory.
How do we increase our spiritual volume?
We read the Word — “In the volume of the Book it is written of Me.”
We worship — for worship opens the way and unlocks greater spiritual capacity.
We pray — for prayer aligns and strengthens us. Yet it is in the hearing of what He speaks that the volume increases as we incline our ear to listen. This is a holy interconnection between intimacy, obedience, and revelation.
The volume of something relates to the measure or amount it carries. One of the greatest ways our spiritual volume increases is through capacity. Our God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we could ask or think. He enlarges our borders, stretches our faith, and broadens our spiritual capacity so we may receive more of Him. Capacity contributes to power, enabling us to produce, carry, and deploy Kingdom purpose.
An interesting Hebrew insight is the word Megillah, meaning “scroll” or “volume.” When God instructed Ezekiel and John to eat the scroll, it prophetically increased their capacity to carry the plan, purpose, and assignment of the ministry to which they were called.
The Volume of His Spirit has increased!
God moves in multi-dimensional spheres. The entirety of creation is occupied by His Voice.
“And He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.”
Colossians 1:17
As the universe continually expands, the Volume of His Spirit is already there. Just as in Genesis, God is still speaking into darkness: “Let there be…” We are living in a divine supersonic awakening of His creative utterance.
Never before has the Voice of God been heard with such clarity as in this season. His Crown rests upon the prophecy of Joel 2:28. The seer anointing is increasing, and the Spirit of Prophecy is pivoting across every sphere of the prophetic realm. The significance of this Volume increase is ultimately for the resounding power of the Testimony of Jesus Christ.
The Lord has prepared and equipped seasoned sons and daughters to receive at greater capacity so they may become containers of Kingdom revelation — carriers of the dynamic Seed Word of God. Once birthed, the Volume of His Spirit brings edification, instruction, alignment, and building.
The Spirit is moving through spiritual coordinates and dimensions not yet experienced. His Volume of Sound vibrates through the heavens as Kingdom revelations turn keys and unlock Ancient of Days treasures. This is the reproduction of a New Sound — multifaceted and precise — pertaining to specific prophetic spheres within the Body of Christ.
The Wheel within a Wheel.
Spiritual Navigation.
Sound Velocity.
Kingdom Power.
His multidimensional sound is taking the Church from merely being ready to hear into the reality of “I hear.” It is an Apostolic Seal of declaring and decreeing in the authority and might of His Spirit.
The velocity of His Voice shall transport His Body with great acceleration. His purposes shall be accomplished, and His Word shall not return void. He creates, forms, and fashions through the expression of His Love.
For such a time as this, the Sceptre of His Voice is thundering across the earth, preparing and transforming His Bride. His Wheels of Motion shall bring unprecedented growth, movement, and development within His Kingdom Body.
The Volume of His Spirit — high in power — shall propel His people into greater Glory.
Incline your ear.
The Lord is calling His Samuels.
