I was led to reshare this word because, in recent days, I have once again been seeing horses in the realm of the Spirit.
I had a dream that transitioned into an open vision.
It was a bright, sunny day as I walked along a footpath beside a busy road. Suddenly, I noticed enormous animals—far larger than their natural proportions. They appeared strangely out of place. As I observed them, I noticed several passing motorists slowing down as if they could also perceive what I was seeing.
Immediately, I heard the word “hybrid,” followed by the phrase:
“Giants are among us.”
I was then shown what I understood to be the “birds of the air” moving freely upon the earth, as though a spiritual boundary had been breached.
As I continued watching, the dream opened into a vivid vision. The atmosphere changed instantly. The bright sky rapidly darkened, and a violent shift took place in the heavens. Turning in a complete circle, I watched as every grey cloud transformed into magnificent war horses.
They were rearing.
They were snorting.
They stood poised in perfect formation, waiting for one final command.
The vision ended there, but I awoke with a profound sense of urgency. I knew I had witnessed a picture of a coming spiritual conflict. Heaven’s armies appeared fully prepared, strategically positioned according to the purposes of God. The encounter left me deeply awestruck.
There is a violent shaking taking place.
The Lord immediately brought to my remembrance Genesis 15:16, where He declares that “the sin of the Amorites has not yet reached its full measure.”
I sensed the Spirit of the Lord saying:
«”The time has come. The bowl is becoming full. My judgment is at hand against exceeding wickedness upon the earth. The measure of the nations is approaching its fullness.”»
Throughout Scripture, God reveals that He measures the iniquity of nations. Yet He is extraordinarily patient, “not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance” (2 Peter 3:9).
However, when the appointed measure is complete, divine intervention follows.
In the fullness of God’s timing, a mighty spiritual catalyst will be released. The God of all generations will bring a significant transition, leading His faithful overcomers into the promises He has prepared for them.
I also sensed the Lord’s grief concerning the continual defilement of His created order.
From the beginning, God established boundaries within creation. Throughout Scripture, attempts to corrupt or distort what He has created are consistently portrayed as rebellion against His divine order. As I prayed over this encounter, I perceived this as a warning concerning increasing spiritual deception, the corruption of God’s design, and humanity’s continual desire to redefine what God alone has established.
The emphasis of the vision was not fear, but the certainty that God remains completely sovereign.
The war horses are under His command.
Proverbs 21:31
“The horse is made ready for the day of battle, but victory belongs to the Lord.”
I believe there is an intensifying spiritual battle taking place in the heavenly realm. The vision of clouds becoming war horses spoke of Heaven’s readiness, divine authority, and the swift movement of God’s purposes. It portrayed a season in which the Lord is unveiling what has long been hidden, preparing His people with renewed strength, discernment, and courage.
A holy storm is approaching.
The pace is quickening.
The bridles are being loosed.
Momentum is increasing.
The Lord of Hosts is preparing His people for what lies ahead.
Isaiah 63:13
“Who led them through the depths? Like a horse in the wilderness, they did not stumble.”
Job 39:19–25 paints a remarkable picture of the strength, courage, and fearlessness of the war horse—a creature that runs toward the battle rather than away from it. Its neck is clothed with thunder, its snorting inspires awe, and it eagerly answers the trumpet’s call.
Zechariah 10:3
“For the Lord of Hosts will visit His flock, the house of Judah, and will make them like His majestic horse in battle.”
May we remain steadfast, discerning the times, clothed in the full armour of God, and fully surrendered to the Captain of the Lord’s hosts. The battle belongs to Him, and victory rests securely in His hands.
